Shuttle Policies & Payments Payment Instructions

Insurance card & registration must be visible for the driver.

If paying with cash, it must be left in an envelope inside the vehicle labeled "Shuttle Fee." If leaving a tip for the driver, place it in a separate envelope labeled "TIP" to avoid confusion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require at least 7 days' notice before the scheduled shuttle service date.

Contact Class 5 Shuttles via phone (leave a message) or email and wait for confirmation. Vehicles without a fuel deposit will not be shuttled, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Vehicle Requirements

Remove all valuables before leaving your vehicle at the launch location.

Vehicles and trailers must be in good working condition:

All lights, signals, and brake lights must function properly.

Tires must be road-ready—please check them before drop-off.

A spare tire must be left in the vehicle in case of a flat or other issues.

We do NOT shuttle: Motorcycles, buses, or electric vehicles.

Key Drop-Off & Shuttle Process

Keys must be left in the designated location indicated on your shuttle form.

If keys cannot be found, your vehicle will not be shuttled, and no refunds will be issued.

Release of Liability & Responsibility

I, the undersigned, as the legal owner or authorized user of the vehicle listed above, acknowledge that this is a legal document granting permission to Class 5 River Shuttles LLC and its employees to shuttle my vehicle.

I understand and accept the inherent risks associated with driving on Idaho roads, which may be rough, poorly maintained, and subject to conditions beyond the driver’s control. These risks include, but are not limited to:

Road hazards

Weather-related issues

Mechanical failures

I release Class 5 River Shuttles LLC and its employees from liability for any damages sustained during the shuttle process, including loss, vehicle repairs, or any other issues arising on Idaho highways.

By using Class 5 River Shuttles LLC’s services, I voluntarily:

Accept full responsibility for my vehicle during transit

Waive any claims due to damages, intentional or otherwise

Confirm that my vehicle is properly insured with full coverage that extends to Class 5 River

Shuttles LLC drivers

If the vehicle owner is under 18, their legal guardian must sign and accept the terms outlined herein.

This waiver serves as a release of liability for myself, my estate, executors, administrators, assigns, and all members associated with the vehicle owner’s family.
