IMPORTANT INFORMATION READ CAREFULLY

 

  • Proof of insurance and registration must be left with gas deposit in envelope
  • If leaving a tip for the driver it is to be put in an envelope labeled TIP
  • Remove any valuables before leaving your vehicle at your launch location
  • If paying with cash, it must be left in vehicle in a separate envelope labeled shuttle fee
  • All vehicles and trailers must be in good working condition. all lights, signals, brake lights, etc. must all work properly. Tires on both vehicle and trailers must be able to make trip so check them before drop off. A spare tire must be left in case of a flat tire or any other problems with tires.
  • No motorcycles, Busses,
    or Electric vehicles will be shuttled
  • Keys must be left in the designated location indicated on your shuttle form. Vehicles that the keys cannot be found will not be shuttled and no refunds will be given.
  • All cancellations must give seven days prior notice of launch date to Class 5 Shuttles either by phone (leave message) or Email and confirmed by staff.
  • If anything changes before your trip, please contact our office by phone so the appropriate changes can be made to your Shuttle form by our staff.



Vehicle Insurance

Due to the risks asociated with long distance shuttles. Shuttle companys (Class 5 River Shuttles LLC included) do not have the ability to insure customers vehicles. We HIGHLY recommend getting FULL coverage on your vehicle for the duration of your trip. All customers are required to sign a Release of Liability Agreement before vehicle will be shuttled by Class 5 River Shuttles LLC. ALL DAMAGES AND OR ACCIDENTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE. A copy of Proof of Insurance and Registration must be left in Gas deposit envelope.
